Frequently Asked Questions: We get a TON of questions every day, so we wanted to have something online for your reference. As always, we are here to help, but want to make sure the info is easily accessible! 
1. How can I shop with PPOB?
Our VIP Facebook group ALWAYS gets the first look and sneak peeks on new arrivals that will drop that day on our website and the app! Right now, everything drops online and in the app before it hits the store.

Storefront location: We have a centrally located storefront in Mobile, AL at 6207 Cottage Hill Rd, Mobile, AL 36609. Store hours....Mon-Fri 10-6, Sat 10-4! We ARE ALLOWING try-ons! 
2. When are new arrival drops?
Our new arrivals drop on Mon, Wed, & Thurs at 8pm and Saturday at 10am or Noon. We also go live on Tuesday and Friday...see times below. 
3. Do you go live?
Yesss....our lives are crazy fun and loaded with some super cute new arrivals in each live. We go live Tuesday at 8pm (in our app) and Friday at 5pm (in our VIP group on Facebook).
4. Do you have a sizing chart? 
Just keeping it real....EVERYTHING runs different so reading the caption and watching our videos will help you choose the best fit for you. Make sure to watch for phrases like oversized, size up, size down, or true to size.
General size chart:
Small (2/4), Medium (6/8), Large (10/12), XL (12/14), 1X (14/16), 2X (18/20), 3X (22/24)
5. How can I sign up for text alerts?
Never miss a live sale again by texting PPOB to 578-38. You can also get push notifications through our shopping app.
6. Do you restock?
If items sell out super fast the week before, we run a waitlist on the following Monday at noon on items we may be able to get again. We post a link to a google form that you submit to be put on the waitlist. This does not guarantee we can restock or that we will have enough for everyone, but this is helpful for you and for us on knowing how much to restock. Once an item arrives, we invoice for payment. 
7. Do you offer loyalty rewards?
Absolutely! When you spend $200 in regular priced PPOB items (excludes in-store vendors), you get $20 toward a purchase. This works in store and online both. Just use the same email address in store and for your online account. On our website www.ppoboutique.com in the right bottom corner is a GET REWARDS tab, click that, and create an account to start earning points today! We reward our top 10 contributors in the VIP group every month with extra reward points too so make sure to like, comment, and share in the group! 
8. Do you offer Sezzle? 
Heck, yes we do! Sezzle is available on purchases of $35 or more at ONLINE checkout! Sezzle splits up your payment into four equal interest free payments. The payments are drafted every few weeks and you get your stuff up front. PPOB store credits work the same even with Sezzle. Return policy is in this FAQ section too.
9. How much is shipping or can I pick up in store? 
We offer $5 flat shipping, FREE shipping on orders $75 or more, and FREE in-store pick-up.
10. When can I pick up or expect my items to ship? SUPER IMPORTANT!!!
Orders placed throughout the day for store pick up are filled within an hour or two. We fill nighttime orders each morning including shipped orders. All shipped orders are sent out by next business day at the latest. Weekend orders placed Fri-Sun, ship out on Monday. You SHOULD receive an email when it’s ready or shipped but that doesn’t always happen so we wanted to make sure you read this section in particular. 
***Disclaimer: During holidays or larger sale weekends, ship time make take longer. Also note, we have no control over actual ship time by USPS. 
11. How do you handle returns or exchanges?
ALL sale items and jewelry are FINAL SALE! Mystery and grab bags are also FINAL SALE! Regular priced purchases...see below! 
Store pick-up: 14 days exchange or store credit from the time the order is fulfilled and ready for pick-up. We fill orders quickly and usually same day as the order is placed. 
Shipped orders: 14 days exchange or store credit from the day it arrives in the mail. Shipped orders can be shipped back at the customer’s expense or returned in store. 
Ship orders back to 6207 Cottage Hill Rd, Suite F, Mobile, AL 36609.
***Disclaimer: If you originally chose store pick-up and later decide to have it shipped, the return time still starts from the original date of store fulfillment. We ONLY do cash or card refunds for system glitches, otherwise no refunds....exchange or store credit only. 
12. Can I resell my PPOB goodies?
For sure! We have a resale page just for our items! This is great for sale items that didn’t work or for items past the return date.

13. What’s the best way to get in touch with someone at PPOB about a customer service type question? 
You can message us on our main Pink Post Office Boutique FB page or email us at ppoboutique@gmail.com. Just a heads up, anyone who sends me....JulieAnna (or any of our team members) a personal PM, it usually ends up in message request or gets overlooked. Please make sure to message our business FB page or our gmail account for the quickest answers and so we can keep up with those messages as a team.
